Returns and Refunds

Refund policy

SILE has a 30-day return warranty. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received: unwashed, not worn and not used, with labels and in the original packaging. 

If you want to return the goods, please inform us by e-mail (info@sileofficial.com) or using our contact help form in the SILE e-shop. Please choose one of two options of how you wish to return your order and indicate this information in your email.

Return option No. 1

Once we have approved your refund request, you can choose your own courier and ship the parcel to the address indicated below:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of a buyer. Please include the Return Form in your return package. If the Return Form was not delivered to you with your order parcel, then please indicate items you wish to return in your email to us together with your order number. 

 

Return option No. 2

Once we have approved your refund request, we will send you a shipping label by email. Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please include the Return Form in your return package. If the Return Form was not delivered to you with your order parcel, then please indicate items you wish to return in your email to us together with your order number.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments when returning the goods. If you have any questions about the return, please contact us at info@sileofficial.com

We will notify you by email when we receive the returned goods. After confirming the return, the money for the paid goods will be returned to your bank account or payment platform. Refunds may take some time for your bank or payment platform to process and approve the refund.

Exchanges 

If you wish to switch a size of your purchased item please indicate this information in refund request e-mail. We will ship the item of your requested size as soon as we receive your returned parcel.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
